PeptideTrack is a personal tracking tool only
It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol
You are solely responsible for how you use information entered or displayed in the app

You may use the app as a guest on the Free plan without creating an account
Sign in with Apple is optional and used to personalize your experience and support sync when enabled
You are responsible for maintaining access to the Apple ID used for sign-in or purchases

The Free plan includes one active peptide, 7-day dose history, and 7-day progress photos
Pro unlocks unlimited peptides, full history, and your complete progress timeline
Feature limits may change; current limits are shown in the app

Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends
Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device
Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app
This includes decisions made based on data you track in the app

We may update these terms from time to time
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms
