By using CoinLens, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
CoinLens provides AI-powered coin identification, grading estimates, and market value approximations for informational and educational purposes.
2. Not Professional Advice
Results generated by CoinLens are estimates only. They do not constitute professional numismatic appraisal, investment advice, or a guarantee of authenticity, grade, or value.
3. Accuracy
AI identification may be incorrect. We do not guarantee accuracy of any result.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use identification results.
5. In-App Purchases
CoinLens sells consumable scan credit packs (one-time purchases, not subscriptions). Credits do not expire. Consumable purchases cannot be restored after deletion of the app. Purchases are processed by Apple. Failed scans do not consume a credit.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
CoinLens and its developers are not liable for any losses arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
